# Duplicate Tickets In Order

## How To Fix the Order

Simply refund the order to wallet or back to bank. for the customer to purchase again.

### How to prevent

Make sure in WooCommerce > Settings > Competitions > Hold reserve tickets for N minutes set to 10.

Then head to cashflows and set the timeout to 5 min.
