Transactional email - this type of email is regarding all your order emails, password reset etc etc!
Copy and paste the link to your logo from the media section to WooCommerce > Settings > Email
Scroll Down and paste the URL to your logo into the header image field:
and update any colours should you so wish. and then save at the bottom of the page.
